Property market picking up

As of this week, 20th May 2016, properties of £230,000 or less in Northamptonshire villages are receiving lots of interest.

Close relatives found themselves in a queue for one viewing, the home owner had given six viewings before they arrived with one more after they left – eight in one day!  It seems she muddled up the viewers  and after ushering them into the living room so the prospective buyers didn’t walk into each other, she didn’t realise the upstairs hadn’t been viewed by my relatives before she said:

“Have you seen all you’d like to see?”

“Well it would be good to view upstairs and outside please” came the appreciative response.

Needless to say, an offer was made and accepted that day – you have to be quick it seems.  Fingers crossed the property market is booming.
