Crick Village

Cherry Picked Choices is based in Crick, a pretty village a mile from Junction 18 of the M1 and a further mile from the M6, therefore a very central location for property finding.

Jeanette at Cherry Picked Choices has lived in several locations in Northamptonshire and North Devon, such as Wootton, Roade, East Hunsbury, Westward Ho!, and Bideford and is now living in Crick with its friendly community, and all the desirable attributes of a village:

Group activities such as Crick History Society, Knit ‘n Natter, Beavers, Quiz Nights, Football and Running Teams to name a few, along with St. Margaret’s Church, a primary school, a village hall, Old School Hall, Co-op shop, post office, Working Mens Club, allotments, sports field, playing fields, garden centre, canal side restaurant The Moorings, and three pubs/restaurants The Wheatsheaf, The Red Lion and The Royal Oak.

Crick is a social village, especially during two major village events, The Crick Scarecrow & Music Festival in July and the Boat Show in May.
